If you are using another registered agent service and you want to switch to our registered agent service, we can provide you with the necessary documents to make the change by sending it to you as an email attachment. The first year's service is only $49.00. (You will also need to pay a $60.00 fee directly to the Secretary of State of Nevada.) The registered agent fee for subsequent years will be $59.00 per year.
