You understand and agree that our services are provided without warranty of any kind. Any payment made by you shall be nonrefundable. Any liability on our part shall be limited to the greater of your current year’s registered agent fees or $59.00.
You agree not to use our address for your company mail or as the mailing or contact address for your list of officers/agents, directors, officers or managers. If we do happen to receive your company mail you agree that we may forward it or shred it at our discretion. If we do decide to forward it to you, you agree to pay a reasonable fee for mailing and forwarding.
You agree that we shall not be responsible for informing you of renewal or filing deadlines. Failure to meet the deadlines may result in additional fees owed to the state, plus penalties and/or reinstatement fees. You agree that this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. The proper and exclusive venue for any action related to this agreement or our services, shall be the Small Claims or Justice Court in Clark County, State of Nevada.
If an agent establishes this service on behalf of a client, the agent agrees to these terms on its own behalf and on behalf of its client or principal. Unless notified otherwise, the agent gives Justresidentagents the right to make sole contact with him/her/it concerning matters involving our registered agent services.
